How can I improve?

Yes, a nice background track helps add an entertainment component to your content. Fully recommend that but make sure it's on low volume. Don't want to mask your voice.
I added it in the video I put up today, on youtube now you can't tell too much but you could on my computer. Will have to have a mess around, but it did seem to very much improve it.

If it's your google video, I can't hear any background music...
Also, I would recommend you to change the format of your reviews so it will look more professional and not "dry".

1 - First thing on your videos, a few words about the Subject/Review (up to 5 seconds).
2 - SHORT INTRO (again, keep it short and get a professional intro if you can with the name of your show)
3 - Start your review, as said before: Background music (same goes for #1 put there also background music)
4 - End your video with: LAST REVIEW (annotation so people will watch more of your videos) and encourage them to SUBSCRIBE (clickable annotations are useful!)

Conclusion: Don't let the video give you a second with ONLY your voice without background music unless you have to in specific places where you want your audience to hear the music/sounds from the reviewed game or application.

Hope that I helped,
Keep up the good working, it seems like you're working hard, I wish you the best luck!
