It's somewhat of a "get-used-to"-thing. I remember meself, doing retake after retake on some of my Let's Play episodes in the beginning xD. After a while you pretty much realize that those who stay are your fans, the others who doesn't are just people hanging around but never gives any kind of response (kinda like sub4subs). Just go into recording with an "110% mindset" and you'll succeed to capture people to your channel

I agree with this, cause it means people like my current content, which means I make better videos cause I have more motivation

They subscribed for a reason..either they like your videos the way they are or they don't care for you and want your sub back. Either way, it should be pressure-free. Like others said, it should be motivation for you since people like what you are doing right now.
