How can I get more Subscribers?

I'm guessing most people just used "sub4sub". Unless their views show it.

I never did sub for sub but i have 523 subs and only 3,000 something video views u.u damn inactive subs[DOUBLEPOST=1365842235,1365842123][/DOUBLEPOST]

I've been doing youtube videos for several months and I've accumulated 171 subs with 23 videos but I know people with 5 videos and 600 subscribers! How does this happen? I make great content but nobody sees me. Using this forum rarely works either because the odds of somebody actually clicking on my channel is far and slim. WHAT IS THE FREAKING SECRET!!!![/q
Most people erase their videos like i did and it looks like little videos and a lot of subs

Never compare yourself to other users, it will put you into a bad state of mind. Just keep at it, keep doing what you love and keep having FUN! That is the only secret

I'm one of those people with lower subs but high views. I have 102 subs and 27,195 views. h them taking (with views away from me.)

Step 1. Make videos
Step 2. ÉÉÉÉÉ
Step 3. Remmeber youre using a French keyboard on an an English forum and repeat step 2 as ???????
Step4: More subscribers!

Sorry friend its just that easy, make good content that people want to watch. Be funny or creative, unique. Something that makes someone want to watch your channel about X when there are 40000 channels that are talking about X
