How can i gain more subscribers

2. Consistency
3. Self-promtion everywhere (but don't be annoying)
4. Respond to ALL comments you get on Youtube, social media, etc.
5. Make quality videos and people will find you eventually
I haven't looked at your channel cause I don't have time right now but you probably have a problem in one/multiple of those.

Be consist, decent SEO (tho honestly I don't believe SEO does as much as people say it does), and market/advertise the channel well. However, you need to make decent quality videos if you want people to subscribe to your channel.

I actually think SEO works pretty well if you do it right. The views that I have coming from YouTube search commands higher retention rate than views from other traffic sources.
Just tag your video as accurately as you can so that people who search for those keywords actually find what they are looking for. It helps.
