How can I find the best Tags, so the video is found in YT search?

I recommend installing tubebuddy or VidIQ, they both tell you how much competition/search volume each tag has.
You want to find tags that have a high search volume and low competition. Most people make videos and then find their tags to use, I find a good tag first and make my video around it instead.

I find it hard to choose tags first, but that does make sense if you want to be found.

I use Tubebuddy for my tags. When you are uploading a video you can 'Explore' Keywords that are doing great of badly on youtube.
This way you can also see of there are a lot of other videos about the same topic. Its free and a real musthave for Youtubers !
