How can I commentate better?

For lets plays and discussing topics it's just going to take time and you'll get more confident. Sometimes you'll slur your words or go off topic but it's all good.
 
Just keep doing it and listen to it, take notes on what you liked and didn't like about your comments, and try out new ideas that you think would improve your presence.
