How are your goals for this year going?

I Love YTtalk
Have a video go live every day - since I set that goal, I have attained it thanks to scheduled uploading

Subscribers - Hoping for 100 by Easter, and this month I have gained about 6 or 7, getting me to 65/100 so I am getting there which is good
 
My Goal is to build a community of friendly subscribers,i'm near 80 subs but i aim high,i want to reach 1000 by this summer,don't know how but i'll do my best and i will enjoy the process :)
 
Whoa... I totally forgot Easter even existed. Haven't done the egg hunt in so long. :(

Anyway, my goals are doing great. I am slowly crawling up in subscribers. I'll be at 1,000 in no time.

My "realistic" sub goal was 5000 - I'll definitely achieve it if I maintain my current growth. My "ambitious" sub goal was 10,000 and I'll need some of that exponential growth to achieve it. Having said, the most important statistic is daily views IMO. I'm currently at 800 views / day and I'm going to aim for 10,000 / day by the end of 2014 :)

I have not been successful in getting more videos uploaded but I have spent a lot of time doing other background tasks.
