Guys (and Gals)...I think that to measure growth we should measure the following, but in percentage (rate), no actual numbers coz then it's hard to compare between channels:
View change rate
Suscriber change rate
Time span considered
Or am I a silly???

Let's do it:
First you need to take an average of View's Per Day + Subs Per day
My Avergage views per day are around 3000. My Average Subs per day is 25.
So, To put that into a time based system, here we go:
Now, My Channel is 11 months old. That is around 330 days.
Now Multiply your views and subs by 330 to get average growth in a year.
330X3000 = 990,000 views a year.
330X25 = 8250 subs a year.
