How and Where to sell youtube channel?

Hello guys,

I would like to sell one of my music discovery youtube channels because I simply have no time for it anymore. Do you have tips how and where I could find buyer/s? Thanks! :)
 
Is it legal to see it though? I know Philip Defranco has sold his channel once, but I mean it as isn´t it against the youtube ToS to sell the channel?
Is the channel successful? this might not be my business, but how come you don´t have time for it?

I agree, but I also wonder how they would ever know or find out. Handled in a private sale where the login credentials are passed over, how would Google or YouTube even know you sold it?

new log in from IP continued Log in from said IP they can then track all information that passes through said account and compare to the orignal holder, if the data is wildly different it won't take long to work it out.
 
create a business. make the channel an asset of the business. sell the business. so you have to incorporate and file papers to set up a legit business.
