Buy some small weights - the kinds used to weigh groceries etc, but smaller. Put one on each side. That'll keep it in place!

Does it have a tripod mounting screw hole? If so, lots of tripods have angle options.

^^ What he said. The screw hole should be on the bottom. and small tripods don't cost very much. I'd say about $10-$20
