How am I going to balance my YouTube Life with my Studies?

Hey guys,
So in the UK, exam season is coming up SOON and I mean in the next month or so. I am going to be leaving school for college in July.
I started my channel last week, and posted the first video on Saturday.
But I'm starting school after a two week holiday tomorrow. Each school day finishes at 3:03pm, but on most days I usually stay behind until 4pm for after school revision sessions. Also, when I get home, I then study for 1-2 hours, I do have Saturday off, which is why I chose that day to upload my videos on. I was going to record a new video today, but me rushing around trying to get homework and studying done for tomorrow made me miss that chance, and I am unsure when I am going to be able to record for next Saturday, I also fear its going to get harder to maintain my channel over the next few weeks, as studying and school will get more intense.
So my question is, how, if at all, am I going to maintain my youtube and school life?

Well, usually whenever I have free time i create videos but create them in advance so i get in the zone if that makes sense. So whenever you are not busy next, just do 1-2 more videos so you are doing stuff in advance so whether your sick/not motivated you have something to upload, until during the week where you have 5 minutes to bust something out.

I am also revising at the minute. The way I have done it is to build slots into my revision timetable to make videos e.g. on a Wednesday 1 hour to edit. I hope this helps.

I'm also 15 and have my GCSE's soon but I don't study over the weekend a lot because it's my time off and the only time where I'm not stressed about school so I do all my videos on the weekend. You're only doing a video weekly so if you give yourself maybe 1- 2 hours on the weekend to film / edit and then while it's rendering and uploading you can study!

Also remember that studies for long periods of time is actually counter productive <3

The only thing is with the uploading part is I use a compressing programme to make it upload faster since I have the most horrible of internets :/ Also what is counter productive? :P

Studing for long periods of time actually helps the brain to forget everything that you just learned so it's better to do periods of 10-15 minutes of studing then take a short 5 minute break where you do something active like running or jumping jacks :)

Just Remeber The Most Important Thing Is Your Studies Because That Could Be The Rest Of Your Life If You Get It Right, Just Try To Fit In Youtube Around That In Your Free Time Or Even If Your Doing Some Studiing And Want To Take 30 Mins Rest just Try To Make Some Of Your Videos Then It Will Take YOur mind Away From Studing For 30 Mins And Allow You To Get Both Things Done.

Oh yeah I know what you mean now :P I do that actually, I have 15 mins of studying then 5 mins to get a drink or look at my phone which brings it up to 55 mins in the hour :P

Best advice would be to not worry to much, if your channel is just starting out its fine to not upload every week (or whatever your schedule is)
Id say get a feel for what your time will be like, so you know when exactly you will have time to record, when you can upload and edit ect..
Then maybe record two videos in one go, so if you cant find the time next week you've got a back up
and if you do find the time you've always got one ready for when you dont :)

I have to balance University, exercising, work and improv with video making. Although I don't make video very often, It's definitely doable.

My tip is that time is limited, so use it wisely. I gave up playing all video games because everything else was way more important to me. Sometimes you got to let go of unimportant tasks.
