How am I giving myself views?

When I go to my channel page and click on my videos, it says 'watched' even though I never watched it on the Youtube watch page...maybe it's when I do annotations or subtitles? Does anyone know how I am accidentally giving myself views?

Well I write subtitles on my videos and I get that too . As long as you access the video page it will says that I guess.

I found that if you watch it in the edit window it will count as a view. I wouldn't worry about it honestly. It's not like you are trying to game the system. It is final quality control, and as long as you don't go about clicking on your own ads... I think you'll be fine!

Whenever I tried to create subtitles, the views were counted
