Horrible Sam Pepper Prank

He deserves the backlash. Looks like he's starting to believe his own hype and that he's above the law or something. I'm sure his "thought" process is something along the lines of "girls think I'm hot so this is totally ok" Ridiculous. I hope this has brought him down a peg or 2 but I kind of doubt it.

I doubt it dropped him any. Unless his youtube gets suspended for 6 month or something. If his channel stays up, he won't care. Lets be honest, vidcon and playlist live only happens 3 times a year in total. Youtubers react might be cool to get on, but it doesn't really help sam pepper out much at all. He will keep on getting his $20k+ a month as usual, and his fans will keep on liking him. Sad to say it, but thats how things usually happen.

by "brought him down a peg or 2", I meant it figuratively - ie I hope it deflates his huge ego a bit and makes him realise that there are consequences to ones actions. Nothing to do with YouTube strikes or anything.

Because he hasn't apologized for this yet...I doubt it will.
Who knows, maybe he'll come out with a statement and apologize. But he hasn't yet.

I agree with all the anti-Sam Pepper comments and also with @BookOfKen's sad point that this won't really affect him. I was glad to see some major YouTubers tweet about this, as they could have closed ranks. I wonder what age bracket thinks his stunt was funny. It's wouldn't be kids in their later teen years, at least none that I have ever met.

When I'm in South East Asia girls always come and pinch my butt but I don't cry about it.[DOUBLEPOST=1411416354,1411416178][/DOUBLEPOST]
Yep YouTube took it down after many people flagging it. It had nothing to do with Sam, if it were up to him it would probably still be up. And he has other videos of him forcing strangers to make out with him, calling a girl an instawhore, lassoing girls so he can talk to them and more.

Yeah, but that girl was an instawhore... a prostitute is someone who wants sex or other things for money, she just wanted him for his instagram, what's the difference? This latest video was a bit much because he didn't even know them but lassoing is not in my opinion, just a way to start talking to some girls, it's not like he kept harassing them if they said to leave them alone.

Sam Pepper has made my blood boil on more than one occasion. It just makes me happy that there is a wonderful community of caring youtubers that realize what he did is wrong and speak out against it. It's really the best we could as for (besides of course Sam not making the video period).

Unwanted touching is assault, and specifically targeting someone's behind (man or woman) makes it sexual assault. Not sure why anyone would think this would be a good idea for a prank, technically he's breaking the law.

Yes, you don't know how many times I've been arrested for assault for tapping someone on the shoulder.

Even if Sam (and other people out there) think there is nothing wrong with what he did, he didn't he even acknowledge the situation. Sam is not the first YouTuber to make videos that were disrespectful, but the difference is they apologized. Sam has yet to say a single word about the situation at all. Even if in his opinion there is nothing wrong the video or it is completely fake and staged, he should at least make a statement or something.

There was a certain YouTuber/viner that has gotten in trouble with various things. He once made a video that was disrespectful towards women for a different reason. In this instance, HE took the video down, not YouTube. Also, he has made apologizes and addressed the mistakes he made.
