Hooplakidz Network

I haven't heard of it until I saw some channels networking with them. Was wondering about the pros/cons of partnering with a network. I have read that partnering with a network only hurts smaller channels and they pretty much just take all your revenue. Was wondering if hooplakidz was any different..?

Anyone got any info on this network?
