Your banner isn't bad, but the words are cut off in your name, at least on my screen. It's important to have a banner that'll look good on all screens (computer, TV, laptop, phones), just so no matter where people are watching your videos, they'll see a nice banner.
Your commentary is definitely not bad, I enjoyed the parts that I watched! The one thing I'd be concerned with is video length. You have 3 videos that are over 20 minutes, and one of them is over 30. For a new channel, this is dangerous, since most people won't say "hey, never heard of this guy before, let me watch 30 minutes of him playing a game!". The Cry of Fear video was perfect, since it was short and funny. I'd try to restrain from going over 15 minutes on any video.
Lastly, the intro was good. It was simple, and not too long. It's not very flashy, I think if you maybe added more color it might look nicer, but I like the idea of having that laugh behind it, since you are psychogaming.
