Honest feedback on my channel look

I Love YTtalk
Hi all, I would really appreciate it if someone could give my channel a quick look and tell me what they think of the home screen and whether the thumbnails, header image, logo, etc. look good. Giving opinions on my video style would be great but that's a bonus really.

Thanks :).

I think your logo is pretty brilliant. Really like what you done with that. In general the home screen looks tight, clear and informative. Your thumbnails are nothing special but they don't need to be. They need to be functional and they are, they get the message across.

There is two things i'd work on. The banner and the thumbnails. Or put differently, branding. The problem with your thumbnails now is that they could do more than they are. Ideally when you look at a thumbnail, you know what the video is about AND who made it. At least if you seen a previous video. For that to happen the thumbnails need to have a similar style and visual cues as to who made it.

The same with the banner. It is basically the most important place to brand yourself. To be honest I don't much like your banner at the moment. I like that it is simple and uncluttered, but I think it uses too many colors. The red especially seems discordant. Ideally the logo, banner and thumbnails should all reflect the same brand.

The intro and outro of a video are also important spots for branding your channel.

Perhaps I coming of as a know-it-all, I hope not. I am still learning most of this stuff myself as well. And I am trying to implement something like I described myself. It's easier to write down than to do.

That's great, thanks for your feedback. I'll definitely keep your advice about the thumbnails in mind and will look into designing a new banner in the near future :). I will try to see about maybe revising some of my previous thumbnails too if I have the time. Again thanks for your feedback :).
