There isn't much to say about it until you actually make some content for it. Your commentary is a little quiet but you do have confidence which is a great start. I can only see that you have done three Bioshock videos on your main page and sadly the quality is a little lacking.
The reason it is lacking is that first of all you have black bars on the side of your footage. This is either a problem with your game resolution, or you have it on the wrong ratio in your editor. I would suggest fixing that. Main reason being that Youtube has now upgrading to support larger resolutions and fps, so this greatly affects your initial and constant presentation throughout a video. If your video quality isn't up to the level of other channels then why should someone stick around to watch?
Your Mac also seems to be suffering when trying to play Bioshock at times and to be honest I wouldn't really recommend using an Apple product when it comes to recording games in general this goes to PC, console and even mobile. Their products just aren't friendly towards the area and is one of the reasons people don't use Macs for gaming. I assume the problem might be because you have an older mac and trying to record even the lowest quality game will still suck a bunch of resources from your computer. Make sure you can run the game simultaneously, or it will ruin overall quality. If you have the money to buy a capture device and a gaming console then I would suggest doing that instead as PC games are a little more expensive in the recording area if you want the best output.
