You definitely have the editing skills of a YouTuber. When I say that I mean the editing of every beauty YouTuber and vlogger I've seen. You will fit right into that scene. You don't want to just fit in though do you? You also want to stand out.
I watched five videos of yours and as far as Thumbnails goes, which is the first thing people notice about a channel, they are great. What is great about them is that they are mostly simple. Look at the thumbnails for the videos that feature you in them. It's just you and at the most like two icon's. That's all you need. You don't need a Thumbnail crammed with a bunch of text, effects and colors and so on. A Thumbnail needs to tell a story about the video a potential viewer is going to watch. This is just my opinion but I believe that it's important for a Vlogger or Beauty YouTuber to have themselves within 90 percent of their Thumbnails who is mostly in front of the camera anyway.
These are two of my favorite female vlogger types to watch on YouTube from YTTALK:

Their Thumbnails mostly feature them with some real simple editing over them. It's nothing crazy or overdone. All you really need is a nice filtered thumbnail that has depth of field and text.
Personality is always important to a vlogging channel. There are so many factors like charisma and being gravity wherein people are drawn to you. I believe you do possess the ability to drawn in people (which explains why I watched several videos of yours) and keep them coming back. The only real criticism I have for you is to just be yourself or do what I do and write what is funny to you because I feel like some of the jokes you were making were forced and kinda easy which I've heard many many times in the videos of previous beauty YouTubers and vloggers. You'll look back two years from now on these videos and be like "wow, those were some bad jokes."
Content wise, well.....I personally don't watch Vloggers and Beauty stuff. You said that you want to produce a variety of content which I think is great which I'll get to later. I didn't get to know you too much by watching your videos especially your first one which I think should always say a lot about the channel and channel owner. That's what makes people want to watch your channel. People want to know about you and live vicariously thru the life you live and what you have to say. It's the huge appeal of Vloggers and Beauty YouTubers. Inspiration, Positivity and Empowerment are important to the female viewers and are all things I believe which are synonomous with being a big Beauty Vlogger but that's just IMO. I don't know if sharing more and more of your life is something you are comfortable with (not me, I never talk about myself in my videos) but you've already caught my attention with the videos I've watched and I can't wait till you post some more.
This has been a real scatterbrained reply for me, I don't exactly know what you are looking for but may I suggest push your boundaries in terms of content and what you talk about. I'm just speaking for myself here but I get tired of vloggers talking about dating, depression, gay sand rights, other pyschological issues and eating disorders. On top of that I feel like a lot of YouTubers talk about things just because they are trendy so I tend to stay away from those types of videos.
Now I'm just looking for things to say so I'll close with this and get back to this tomorrow because it's really late for me. I'd really like to know more about what you are looking to do on YouTube and why you are on it? How would you classify your channel? What are you not comfortable talking about? What would you not say in front of a camera? What do you want to improve on? What kind content do you want to make? Are you inspired by other's on YouTube that you have watched? What is it about those people that inspire you to do YouTube?
