Highlighting footage in Adobe Premiere Pro

Hope someone can give me some quick help with this. I want to highlight a certain area of the video but I'm not sure how to go about it. I know it has to do with shapes and such. But the area I want to highlight in the video is not a standard shape. So how do I make a custom shape which I can then use to highlight in the video? Anyone able to help me?

Google is probably a better option for these sorts of things :)

I actually tried Google and found that page but it doesn't explain how to use a custom shape for the highlighting instead of the predefined shapes. I could make a custom shape with the pen tool but I couldn't figure out how to make it solid. All I had was the outline.

Create a new video layer, and apply a multi-point mask. Then color-correct away! :)

You're going to have be a little more specific. Where do I find/make a multi-point mask and how do apply it?

Edit: Somehow I missed the 'Filled Bezier' option. That helps.
