Well at what quality do you watch and make youtube videos
and do you think 480p is enough for music videos(the video is only a spectrum)
or quality up to 1080p is really beneficial

I make animations and I generally try and have a minimum of 720p, I usually have 1080p. I reckon having high quality videos does make impact on how professional your videos look. Also, for HD videos in the search bar, they have their own little badge thing that says [HD] and I reckon the HD one's just appear more attractive in people's subconscious. Then again that's just a theory :') For my new cartoon short I'm releasing soon I chose to have 720p as it's my first and I was focusing on the technique more than anything.

I used to upload my videos in 480p just because it was faster, but honestly you should upload your videos in 720p or 1080p. Quality matters, and I don't know why it took me this long to make the change.

thanks kevin,right?

Most of my older stuff is between 480 and 720. All my new stuff is 1080p. It just looks better, and some people hate anything that's not HD.

1080p is the best but to save time do it in 720p as it still looks great and a lot of people cant tell the difference they can only tell the difference in the number so yeah.

Well the highest I upload in is 720p, but 480p is usually what I watch in. 1080p is nice, but only if you can actually get that quality. If you just render a video out in the size and you recorded it in a lower one it may not come out the way you want it to.

Also I made my own answer to the poll.

A sheep is a horse.
