Yeah i use yeti,you can buy when there are discounts on amazon,snowball is isn't bad ,but believe me very good voise and everything.I understand your budget ,but it's always to choose better ir better.Like i wanted galaxy i choosed ipad - happy,etc.

For commenting, snowball is enough.
Yeti is better thou and even decent for recording music with.
I would go Yeti but the price between them is not that much different, where I live.
