OK,recently i lost a few of my subscribers & i just wanted to know what can i do to gain some :)
Any help would be greatly appreciated ^^
 
If you lost subscriber you most likely have been uploading poor quality content. I'm not calling you out on anything, I have't seen your channel, I'm just throwing things out there to be clear.
It can also be you've been uploading to little or even to often and spamming their subscribe feed. I'd say to review your past videos since you've lost subs and see what you did different or any flaws that are there.

I'll check out your channel in a bit and give you more accurate feedback.
 
Well, when I enter your channel I see all your activities and there is no home page, you don't have custom thumbnails that helps attract a lot of attention also your mic quality is bad :S Maybe that's why. Also try making an schedule :)
 
Maybe check out the Analytics. Could be depending on BAD CONTENT, NO SHEDULES ( NO REGULAR UPLOADS ), TO LESS CONTENT, KEYWORDS/TAGS. You can do a special Video to engage more to subscribe to your content , you could do some basic Internet/Community Marketing like going to the related forums ( like this one hehe) and of course you could buy some advertising via Google/Youtube.
 
I hope it helped my friend. Another great feature of Youtube is the Featuring and making Collaborations. You could do some videos and features together with other Youtubers to connect to their Community. Its an exchange of Views, Members and Friends but its all free. So the best Advertising for yourself :) !
 
Alright I had a chance to check out your channel. It seems that shen shen covered most of what I saw. Also your frame rates seem low in the videos not sure if its your computer, youtube, or your recording software. If its you computer, don't be afraid to lower the settings. I would much rather see a smooth game with low graphics then high graphics and mass amounts of jitter. Also what software do you use to record?

I'll add, albeit abit bias, try shortening your intro or taking it out completely. I for one am not a fan of intros, I much prefer to just jump into the game, and you can always put it as your outro.
 
Yeah,my graphics card is not good at the moment but i'm getting a new one soon..Now for the intro it was actually requested by some subscribers sooo...:P

Like I said I'm biased on intros, as long as your subscribers enjoy it thats what matters;). Do you know what graphics card your getting?
