Ask yourself what games you like to play. Then play that. There is no point in you trying to make a popular choice or anything like that, just enjoy yourself and share that experience, that's what people want I reckon

Basically, try not to be like everyone else with a 200 part minecraft lets play and a garrys mod TTT playthough. My advice is play something new! Don't be afraid to spend some money! My channel, I'm playing something I've never seen a playthrough of until very recently!

I would say play games that no one has played or find a game and play it in a way no one has before.
