YOU NEED TO KEEP MAKING VIDEOS. THE VIEWS AND SUBS YOU HAVE ARE ABOUT RIGHT FOR A CHANNEL OF YOUR SIZE AND PROLIFICACY. 
You may want to keep an eye on your audio though, If you don't have the bst mic in the world that's understandable at your stage but there are things you can do - like noise removal for example. Maybe you want to amplify a little bit.

No offence to you but your channel needs to improve, these are the points I found.
You do not have a nice banner. It's too much to take in. ZuluGaming is just fine up there. Also, you don't have any thumbnails. You do know that's what draws in the viewers. Look at my channel for instance. I only started about a week a go.
Also organize it a little bit better. Like you see my channel I have a video on the home screen. Also, whatever you do, do not use any thing like SubPals for a new channel because they don't bring anything new to your channel. All it is, is dead subs that aren't going to be watching your videos

customised thumbnails maybe? audio balancing, your new bro so it takes time/experience to improve videos, think of creative ways of displaying your personality

Thanks for subscribing. Also, I was speaking to someone else about the 1k subs. But you just said you are not going to get there. If you know that, then why continue then. It's not getting subs it about getting motivation to progress on. As they say hope can kill a man. Don't hope, just act. Keep uploading till you fall asleep then you can take a day off!
