YO!

So I've had my YouTube channel for around 2 years now and I seem to be struggling with bringing in new subscribers to my channel, every month I will gain anywhere between 1 and 5 then the next month I'd of lost all those that I gain.

My channel is mainly about gaming and funny moments, I believe my logo, header, thumbnails etc are on point but I wanted someone to give me a bit of advice an outsiders opinion on my channel to see where I could improve and change.

I swear I've heard that intro song several times before on other gaming channels.

What does your analytics say? Under subscribers -> videos, which videos are people subscribing to? The gaming videos I assume. This analytics chart will also show what videos made them unsubscribe. Was it the vlog ones?
 
I've had a look and from the start of last month to now I have gained 4 new subscribers, from the start of the year I gained 8 new subs and lost 2. So it looks as though I am gaining them but not sure why I seem to be at this steady point. Under Channel/Other, I have lost 11 from the start of the year until now. Not sure what channel/other is though? Any ideas?
 
Says "Users can subscribe and unsubscribe without a reference to a specific video." So they're doing that on your channel page.

Do you know where you gained these subscribers at in the first place?
