Help with youtube channel

Hello everyone,I'm new to this forum but have been reading a lot,I decided to register and ask for help,because I don't understand one thing,I have created a youtube channel and that's how it looks

An this is how pewdipie's channel looks(for example)

So here's where I need your help
1)There are not ''Home Videos Playlists Channels'' e.t.c. bar on my channel,how can I change that?
2)His youtube URL is just youtube.com/user/PewDiePie
while mine is something I don't even know,how can I have an url like that? I mean youtube.com/user/mychannel
3)How can I create a playlist like this?

I get a playlist like this

I choose ''other'' while creating my channel,maybe that's the problem?

Please help me with this,I will be very thankful.

For adding playlists you can click "Add Section" (the option above must be on for this to show up) at the bottom and depending on playlist, etc., single playlist is what you should use to display individual playlists like PewDiePie has done:
