Well sometimes it takes longer then expected. I'd give him a few more days. In the future I wouldn't pay until services are rendered. Basically he shouold have made it for you and then snet you a copy with a huge watermark so it was unusable till you paid him. I hope he is not scamming you, I doubt he is. I am sure he will get it to you soon.

@fxchannelhouse has a good rep from what I understand.

Claim the money back from Paypal if you can still which I believe you can, then I would just only pay him when he has done it. Sometimes GFX artists have alot of stuff or they just lack the inspiration for a while.

Sometimes its not easy to run with like 18 to 20 projects on the list, i have a few delayed works and i am running everyday to give the best to my community.
BTW the project is already done. :)
