Help with other means to be seen

Hi, I been on YouTube for 4 months or so and can't seem to get anymore subs than I have now, I use reddit, Facebook, Twitter, I am friends with some big you tubers that even gave me notice and shout outs, and still nothing, what can I do please? I feel like I'm wasting my time and energy making content I love and barely gets seen. Thank you

Just from glancing at your channel, it looks like you have some good quality content, but it doesn't look like much of it is searchable. Because of this, you will only get views from likes and shares. Think up a few video ideas that people might be searching for.
I know this may not be the kind of content that you enjoy, but you can just mix a little in with your other videos.

Good luck with the channel!

I believe I've said this on many other posts, but it doesn't really seem to get old. Basically, network, network, network. If you work with other YouTubers to help each other out by sharing their videos around, and you ask them to do the same in return, it's a win-win. It offers a legitimate way to get views and such, and it gets your content out there. Collaborations are also a good way to get the word around about your channel. Being known in places like forums is a good idea too, because people know who you are and might get curious. Don't give into the temptation of sub4sub or bots like that, if you've been considering, they offer absolutely nothing.

Edit: Also, good tagging, titling, and describing would help. Annotations might help too, since they remind people to do certain stuff, since a lot of the time they forget.

Double Edit: You have a decent following. If you love what you enjoy, but there's not all that many people checking it out, don't just give up right then and there, you know? In YouTube, you'll have your ups and downs, but you will eventually grow if you keep working at making great content people will like.

Thank you, I try to use tags and things relevant in news or YouTube, I mean I am so lost with making things searchable[DOUBLEPOST=1383148742,1383148631][/DOUBLEPOST]

I try to do good tagging, I've networked with some big you tubers and still nothing, I just need to figure out how to tag better I guess, it's so frustrating lol

This is somewhat an art. its something that online marketers are good at, but alot of us youtubers suck at. You have to find the balance where you are ranking for search terms that will be highly searched, but aren't so saturated that you wont be front page.

an example:
DONT rank for "Grand Theft Auto V"
DO rank for "How to use X in Grand Theft Auto V"

If u take a look at my recent video about how to be successful on YouTube, it'd hard to think of tags for it lol

Network and talk. Find your community and niche.
My niche usually falls under the geeky stuff and fandoms.
Yours, for example, is gaming, so find a gaming community :)

4 months isn't really that long. There's a lot of stuff on this subject on the forums you should check them out. Very useful.
