Help With Getting Buttons, Thumbnails, Etc Visible Again

Sorry to post this again, but maybe it got lost in another thread that was also an issue with me.

On ALL 3 of my PC's using Chrome I am unable to see ANY Thumbnails, buttons, transport buttons, etc. Surprisingly, IE11 works fine. The same thing happens on my personal YouTube acct. I have cleared ALL cache going back to Genesis. I've uninstalled it, and cleared the registry, then re-installed it. I tried some trick of going to Properties, and putting "-no-sandbox" in the cmnd line. NOTHING WORKS.

HELP?
 
Thanks Pentra for your lone support. Here's a screenshot. I placed my mouse under the left corner to show where the transport options should be, but it didn't show my mouse in the shot. BTW, I just loaded the Chrome Canary to see if that helped...NOT! I've never experienced an issue like this before.YouTube Screenshot.jpg YouTube Screenshot.jpg
 
At the end of the address bar is what appears to be an image with a x, I assume that's Chrome's symbol telling you images are disabled on that given site, try clicking it and see if it gives any options.
