Request Help with an Intro

Hello there! Could someone possibly help me out by perhaps making me an intro? Nothing too crazy or "popping", just something simple, that's maybe 5-6 seconds long. I would like to help you out but could I have some info on what you want it to look like. For example colours, fonts etc.
