Help Please

Ok, so I want to start to start a youtube channel, but alot of people say that I should wait til I'm alot older. I'm very young (12) and I don't know if everyone would just hate on me. I do Vlogging videos and in the nearby future gaming videos! Please help, thank you so much!
 
I say go for it! I wish I would've started younger, to learn how things work more. As long as you're mature enough to understand the cruel world of YouTube, I see no reason why you shouldn't start out young.
 
I'd say start later. I was a lot less mature before I hit 18 than I am now (not that I'm all that mature now either) so unless you really think that you're as mature as a typical adult, I'd say start later.
 
I started when I was 12, and I didn't get any hate, though to be fair not many people saw my videos back then.

If you want to do it, then you should go for it. Just beware that there will be haters, trolls, and people who genuinely dislike your content. As long as you're sure you can handle all of that, you can do it.

Well it seems like you've already made up your mind but one good thing about starting young is that you'll be a lot better than many other youtubers your age when you're a bit older. Personally, the youngest person I'm subbed to now is like 15... But hey with hard work I'm sure you'll be fine.
 
I would have to say just go for it and give it a go and see where it takes you and take all criticism with notice and find away to improve and make it better so the negative comes a positive.

Sure their's 8 year olds on YouTube! Not many 8 year olds that I know... but there are some out there!

Problem is that if they're too young, they may not be able to handle all the trolls and haters. Unless a little kid is mature enough to handle those without going into an all out rage, then they shouldn't start earlier because they WILL encounter trolls. The problem is more of an emotional one rather than success-based, wouldn't want to scar a kid for the rest of their lives just for a few moments of internet fame.
 
Good luck with it man. Starting now at your age means you will gain so much experience and the viewers will be able to see the changes in your content and feel as if they grew with you. If that made any sense lool.
