Help please -- pop-up on Windows 7.

So I'm on windows 7. Whenever I start playing any video I get a pop up on windows in the bottom right corner that is like a short cut option to pause or skip. The issue I have is this pop up keeps popping over and over to where there's 5 of them at the same time. And they just constantly refresh over and over. The whole right side of my screen is filled with the same notification. It just keeps popping up over and over until I close youtube. Every video. How on earth do i stop this
 
Is this pop feature come with vanilla windows, or is it something you installed from online. I've never seen this kind of program, so I think it might be an externally installed program.
 
Sounds like a third party software that might be installed. Or you have a recording software recording your game play without you knowing. go into task manager and see what applications are running, start there.
 
it's not a video recording software and it only happens with youtube. Nothing else. All the extension I use on chrome shouldn't have anything to do with this feature and I've turned them off just to test. I'm not convinced it's chrome though but I'm honestly not sure.[DOUBLEPOST=1485628402,1485628252][/DOUBLEPOST]I know it probably is something doing it but to be honest I have no idea what. It only happens on youtube I've never seen it anywhere else. Was looking for ideas

If I type in pop ups I get information that's not what I'm looking for or if I look for balloon notification same thing. I know it's a silly question but what is the technical name of this? It's a bubble above the right side task bar icons that has the option to play or pause and the name and picture of what is currently playing and it just keeps spamming the same notification balloon. It's annoying and could really use some good assistance or some place that I can talk with people who know what is going on
 
Can you take a screenshot with the Snippet (is that what it's called on Windows???? I use a Mac) tool and then upload it to the forums please?
