Help on Intros.

What kind of programs do people use to make intros to their videos? What program would be the best for making videos? MrBarbaroes has a pretty cool intro... Does anyone know what kind of program could be used to make that? Lol I just need to know some programs I can get to make myself an intro.

well i can say most of my videos are made with final cut pro x i dont really use intro out tro sometimes

You can do some simple animations with Adobe Premiere, but more advanced compositing/vfx are done with Adobe After Effects.
