Well I did mine vlog style, and just described who I was and what my channel was about. Try to keep it under 2-3 minutes.

Just make something that will represent what you plan to upload, I guess I followed that rule myself by putting a guide there until I get off my a** and make a video about myself and my mission to help all the achievement junkies I can.
