Yeah you are better off to just try to get their channel down. That is one of the lowest things you can do. That is basically stealing... Still going to flag them.

If they uploaded with no type of audio or visual critique and it was atleast 90% of your vid with nothing else used and you can prove it is all your original content - I would DMCA it. (File Copyright). Though that's a pretty big step, might be worth just shooting them a PM first and be amicable.
