Help me untangle confusion.

Alot of people know me as back2respawn b2r the guy that loves helping out smaller channels by doing shout out sunday and zombscribers. I need help because as soon as I post Shout out sunday it spreads like wild fire but how can I help my other videos catch on around the same views please in need of suggestions.!
 
I have the same issue with my shoutout videos. Each of my subscriber spotlight videos easily gets 100-200 views, while my other videos get 50-70 views.

Honestly i think if you want people to stay active , and you think the're just watching for the shoutouts , you should make it a rule that you will shout out people if they are subscribed and they stay active on your other content . this is usually what other channels do .

I actually like that ides :-) i will implement that this shout out video because i have seen that works :-) thanks a bunch man :-)
