Help me! Trying to figure it out.

Hey guys, as straight forward as I can be. I just don't quite understand why I'm not growing practically at all. I realize subs and views don't come quick, even slower considering I'm a gaming channel. However, I have 50 videos out right now, I upload daily(unless I absolutely can't), and I try to connect with people on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, but I just don't seem to be growing at all. I have 12 subs at the moment, and I think only 2-3 are active. My first videos weren't the greatest, but those are the ones that are getting a lot of views, and I want to be known for the content that I'm putting out now, because it's better. I don't want to get rid of the old ones either, because it's exposure, and you never know what that could do for you. I don't want to beg for views, I just want to have a stable community that I can talk to about my videos, and theirs alike. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys :D

I have one I collaborate with in almost every video, but he only has half the subs I do. We're very close in our personal life, so we try to bring that with us to our YouTube life.

Have you tried looking at your YouTube Analytics? Are people watching 30 minute videos or do they click off after a few minutes? Are you participating in forums and social media, like not just advertising but actually talking to people, responding to posts, giving opinions/reviews, congratulating people, etc. engagement? Do you watch other people's videos that are similar sized channel to yours (that aren't your friends) and comment on what you like? You probably see a general theme here. :)
