It's certainly not going to happen over night! But keep it up, on there whole I like your channel and videos. Some are perhaps a little long to keep me interested that long though. With my video's I try to keep them down to under 2 minutes - but that's just me!

I just had a quick scan over your channel and the first thing that i noticed is that your thumbnails (specifically for your Call of Duty Ghost) are hard to read the text on them. So making them clearer would really help

EDIT - id also like to add that on your homepage you should add more of your playlists and stuff to make more of your videos visisble for people who visit that page to see more of your content at once.
