Help! Join MCN, AdSense get Banned

My knowledge of this is not too expansive, but from what I've seen, if your adsense gets banned, you pretty much have to make a new channel. I don't think I've ever heard of someone getting that reversed, but maybe someone else with more knowledge of all this will come by and give you a better answer.

Is MCN a Partner? Because is so then I highly likely would think that as he's joined that, he's getting paid by AdSense and MCN although I think that's against terms and think you can only have one partnership (although adsense isn't exactly a partnership) so he should of disabled AdSense and then joined MCN because he's probably gone against terms of service of AdSense. I know that if your Adsense gets banned, your channel (google account) associated with that Adsense account (which is the same google account), can never monetize videos again and that channel can never join a network because Youtube prevents it. However, I never heard of an Adsense account getting banned after they are already in a network because networks have their own adsense account.
If your friend can still monetize in that network, once he leaves, he won't be able to monetize with adsense or join another network. His monetization options are permanently disabled. He will have to make a new google account.
You can also make 1 appeal to try to reverse the ban.
