Honestly, it looks like it was made by someone who has very basic designing skills. It looks like something i would have done in Microsoft Word and Paint 15 years ago. It gives out a very amateur vibe, wich isn´t good for any channel.
I honestly believe that, most of the times, you have to spend money in order to make money. Some people have good designing skills and they can do it for themselves, some don´t. The "Do it yourself" approach is cool and all that, but only if you really know what you´re doing. If you don´t, hire someone who do. The fact that so many people choose to do everything for themselves leads to some seriously disgusting results. Don´t be cheap and spend some money on your channel. Production value is very important, and that includes the design of your channel. A good design is always a good marketing tool.
