Help! :( I Get Views But No Subs

Hey there everyone,

i've been on youtube for about a month and a half and im a youtube gamer with commentary. I've had feedback saying my channel is good, and the content i upload is really good. But for some reason i get the views for my videos but not the subs? :( what can i do???

Any relpies are really appreciated,

How did you managed to get so much views at first?
 
I just uploaded alot, used social network sites to promote my channel etc. But i got the views its just people were not subbing, are peolpe on youtube not subbing these days or something? :(
 
"i've been on youtube for about a month and a half" that explains why -_- be patient. Getting a decent amount of subs takes a LONG time so don't expect to get a lot in a couple of months. You've only just started. Wait for at least a year and then you'll see a change if you're consistent with your content and produce great videos which your subs enjoy :)
 
ahhh okay man :) thanks! i've heard of these channels that get like 200+ subs in a month and get partnered stright away, so i didnt realise that it would take some time for some people :) thanks, i will work on being patient lol :')

Don't worry about another channel's stats other than your own. They might get 200+ out of luck or great timing but later on they'll get 10 in a month. Just focus on your channel and the videos you put out as well as your audience :)
 
20 subs and 2405 views isnt bad for the first month and a half. A 1 sub to 100 view ratio is pretty decent, so just keep it up :)
 
ah okay man! yeah the new layout sucks balls! just when you start to get the hang of everything they go and change it :(
