Help I cant get subscribers

I'd like to start off by saying that while at least you are trying, what you are doing thus far simply isn't enough. Your videos lack creativity, and consistency. Imagine your channel as a TV network, and your videos as the "Shows" that air on said network. You have to make videos that are engaging to an audience, even if you need to fake it for awhile before you actually start seeing your numbers grow. Aside from that, your titles, makes no sense, your username is way too random, and you aren't even using any thumbnails.

I'm going to assume since you are utilizing titles, and descriptions the best you can, you are lacking the tags you need for your videos as well. In addition to that your channel navigation isn't set up properly, you need to enable browsing as it's easier for people to explore your channel once there, and is more professional looking (in my opinion). Lastly, know that none of this was to be disrespectful to you, or say you should stop making videos. Actually, the complete opposite is true! Being involved in a community, such as YTTalk is a great way to meet fellow creators, and get great advice. However, people telling you what you should do can only go so far. You need to be the one to take initiative and actually do work. Good luck!

Eyecatchers. Good thumbnails. Good titles. Maybe something current that people like to talk about?

Harpula how do i know what people like to talk about
I always check the latest in gaming news. Since Pokemon is such a big draw, I check out serebii.net, pokemon.com, and smogon.com/forums every day to see if there isn't something I can be first to.

That's kind of how I managed to get 1200+ views on one of my Pikachu Cup videos.[DOUBLEPOST=1440287189,1440287109][/DOUBLEPOST]

It would also help if you bought a microphone for commentary.
