HELP: How can I get rid of these?

YTtalk Mad
Google keeps on asking me to use google+, everytime I just disconnect the page.
Now I have all different accounts with the exact same name, TheProGamerTurtle, 4 times.
How do I remove these?

I had 5 accounts pop up.... Choose the ones you don't want on the Google + selection, then go to dashboard, then settings.... scroll to the bottom and you will have the delete option. I still don't know how to unlink Youtube from my account that says my full name on it or why it got linked to that one, so I just ended up making an alias name.
