Help getting views/subscribers!

So i've been making daily vlogs for a little over two weeks now and have around 40 views and only 1 subscriber, i'm finding it very difficult to try and find an audience for my videos, so i'm wondering if anybody has any tips or advice that will possibly help me to achieve a higher volume of traffic on my channel and eventually subscribers, thank you in advance

now u have 2 and try to make a title of videos that poeple will search and stay on a subject like gaming or something but i think it is pretty good channel

Thanks for the feedback, I really do appreciate it, that's the problem I think I have at the moment, there is no topic for the videos and once I can do that and make it interesting, there should be people coming in.
 
try gaming or pets like i have a guinea pig and firebelly toads to make care videos for and tank setups and i have minecraft to make series for[DOUBLEPOST=1421885238,1421885213][/DOUBLEPOST]i have to get more subs and veiws to tho[DOUBLEPOST=1421885253][/DOUBLEPOST]it hard but this website helps alot
 
Do you tag your videos? Do you give a title that people will search for, dont put a title that everyone will search for titles are the most important part besides tags. Make sure you have good quality and your audio is good. Now you have 3 subscribers, just keep making videos and share them everywhere. Get a twitter, facebook, google+ and just send videos to all of your pages. It takes time to get views and subscribers, you'll get there!
 
Thanks for the feedback, it's so hard trying to find your feet to start with on YouTube, but I think once I can take in all of the advice it will start to come together!
