Help Getting Back Into Youtube

koalafied gamers

Loving YTtalk
It has been a while. Lets say it has been just an very prolonged break. Left school, started working and have just bought a new laptop which is more capable of handling games. I have money and less things in my life making me stressed, so i feel like i would like to get back into YouTube. I don't have large channel, it is about 50 subs and 1400 views, so it is not like i have a lot of fans waiting for me to come back. I feel quite motivated at the moment, but i am just trying to think of some ideas which could get me back into the flow. What would you do in this situation and thanks in advance for any suggestions, i will take them all into consideration.

Thanks,

Hey! Hi and welcome back i guess! I'm new here!:) Nice to meet you. Congrats on 50 subs and use that motivation while it lasts...

I'm in a similar situation I just started a new channel a few weeks ago. I don't know anything about gaming though. My tips.

1. If you want to maybe start a new channel or private all your old videos and start fresh. Or make all your old videos unlisted (you can only see them with link) and create a playlist of old videos so viewers can watch them. This is only if you want to do these things, if you don't feel the need don't do them.

2. Watch "the gap by Ira glass" Search on vimeo or YouTube for it. Fantastic video.

3. Interact on social media and comments of YouTube videos. But don't get carried away and join 20 sites. YouTube should be your prioity website put the most time into that.

Just watched that video and i think that has helped a lot, thanks a lot for that :)

I know how you feel bro, I left school and started working and I know that I don’t have much time for YouTube now and when I plan to record, I’m lacking motivation and end up no been bothered to record and waste my night watching TV! I have 1671 subscribers and I’m gaining subs everyday even though I’m not uploading! I don’t know what to do! I have lost all motivation to make a video, I don’t know what videos to make anymore and it’s really bugging me because thinking about it, I really want to make a video but I know when it comes to it I’ll be lazy and not bother making it D:

I know, sometimes i do finish work at awkward hours so i do not have really the time to make a video as soon as i wake up or the moment i get back from work. I did check out your channel and notice you do a lot of pixelmon (fan of it myself). I was thinking of an idea that involves pixelmon if you would like to participate in the near future. I will give details once i know i can get the people involved (need about 10 - 20 people to make it possible). So if you say yes, i will contact you, possibly on here and we can talk more, of course your channel will be mentioned throughout the course of the idea. Anyway congratulations on the subs anyway :)
