Help gaining more subs!!!

Aside from what's been mentioned:

I watched your most recent video. My suggestion is to try and get to the topic quickly, especially since you have such a small audience. (Delays are typically more fine for larger channels as they already have dedicated viewers who will comment and share your videos.) The flow was rather slow and monotone. You don't seem all that interested in the discussion. The last 30 seconds or so of the video was just you repeating over and over to have people comment. Leave the spiel of "like/comment/subscribe" for the last couple seconds and cut out anything unnecessary.

I also recommend improving your tags. You're not going to rank/stand out in "opinion" and most of the other tags. Check out the thread: HOW TO: Get More Views by Targeting 'Long Tail'/Compound Keywords for Tags.

Yeah I actually was going to delete that one cause I was not happy with the vid. But appreciate the feedback and thanks
 
quality content, social media presence, blog to feed traffic to your site, promotion on other sites, these are some of my methods.
 
This may have already been mentioned, but I'll say it again just in case.
Leave genuine comments on smaller YouTubers of similar content as you (by genuine, I mean actually watch their video and provide useful feedback).
You could ask them to check your channel if you'd like, but I never do it because it makes the comment feel "spammy" (I'd recommend you don't).
Most importantly though, don't type anything along the lines of "I subbed you, I would appreciate it if you subbed me back". That's no different than sub4sub!

Very often, the YouTuber would naturally check your channel out because of the comment and that may just lead to another fan. :)

Agreed with the comments, just make videos that are interesting, don't expect anything from it and most importantly... don't beg people subscribe or like your videos x
 
You can always try flyers for your channel in the grocery store parking lot but do not get caught putting those on cars because the owners are pretty violent normally from my experience.
 
Keep in mind, this is a marathon, not a sprint. Think in terms of months & years, not days & weeks. Keep at it & you will succeed, or at the very least, grow as a person.

that is a great idea! I always think of it as a snowball that you need to keep building but.. a marathon not a sprint is really spot on
 
Yeah that's the perfect way to think about it. Generally I look at it as though if I get 1 or 2 day then that's a accomplishment
