Help Critique my channel

I've Got It
So iv'e recently hit a stall in getting new subscribers and was wondering is maybe the helpful members of this site might be able to aid me.

Are my videos ok? Does my channel need changing? Are there ways i can make better content?

Any advice or help is appreciated.

Nice! Watched some of your Pokemon videos and I absolutely loved it! Your thumbnails are great as well! However your channel art is quite blur for me. Great job though, keep it up! :D

Other than the channel art, is there anything wrong with the content that might turn away subscribers?
