HELP! Can't reply to YouTube comments in Safari! Anyone else have this problem?

In Safari, all the sudden, I'm not able to reply to YouTube comments. Across the entire YouTube website, clicking on "Reply" does absolutely nothing. It works fine in Google Chrome (is this a conspiracy against Apple?). Can someone with Safari verify that they are able to reply to comments still, before I start diving into this and trying to trouble shoot it. Thanks.

I usually bounce from safari to firefox, I have different issues with each, so it depends on what I am doing...

So, if you go to a video in Safari, are you able to reply to a comment? As in, it opens up the text area to start typing the comment. For me, it doesn't do anything when I click reply.

This is so weird! It just started happening... Ok, thanks for checking though. I just wanted to make sure that it was just happening to me.

Apparently I'm not the only one this is happening to. From a quick look at the YouTube help forums, it seems like other people are having the issue too. So frustrating.

LOL I have Chrome! This isn't an issue of browser preference. Based on my workflow, I need to be able to use both browsers and I needed verification that this wasn't something wrong solely on my end with Safari, which by the looks if it, it isn't. Other people apparently have have noticed this as well. I guess all I can do I hope that YouTube fixes it.
