HELP: Can't monetize 2 of my videos. Suggestions?

I got a notification from youtube that the following videos couldn't be monetized:
1)

For this one, I got the images from google images. Do I need to reupload it without the images?
Also, I googled the "12 days of Christmas" song and thought it was under public domain. Besides, I sang it myself and changed all of the words. Is it still protected by copyright? It was acting like a parody of the song.

2)

For this video, all of the video, images, audio are mine. The BG music is licensed to me (always provide proof of that in the description) and I have never had a problem with this BG music before.
I updated the copyright/claim info, so they are reviewing it.
What did I do wrong with that video?

You did nothing wrong at all. This is why adsense is garbage. They actually don't have a real person review it. They run it through some software I would imagine. Adsense is horrible IMO...if you don't want trouble monetizing your videos then I would look into joining a network. Yeah, I thought I didn't do anything wrong :/

So the images in the first video are ok? I got them from just searching terms in google images.
