[Help] Any gym motivation videomaker around ?

Hi there, recently I started going to gym after 4 years, and wanted to start a YT channel were I post motivational videos to keep myself/others motivated. I know there are lots of channels like this but I fell that if I do it myself, it keeps me going.

Now my question is: Where do you guys get the footage of the model ?

Let's say I want to make a video with Jay Cutler. You look up through his videos on the socialmedias/YT download it and edit it ?
